Lawyer Well-Being Every Day!

Lawyer Well-Being Week begins today! At LAPBC we like to remind you that well-being is a continuous process of striving to thrive in seven dimensions of ourselves: physical, social, emotional, occupational, intellectual, spiritual and cultural well-being. As we know, we are a sum of our parts and our well-being is a sum of our dimensions.

In honour of Lawyer Well-Being Week, we invite you to write out the seven dimensions and think of one or more activities to enhance that aspect of your personal well-being and pick one or more to incorporate into your day/week. 

We challenge you to tune into LAPBC’s social media each day to watch brief videos from our counsellors talking about each dimension and read the blog posts that fit with each topic.
