After many years of dedicated service, we announce the retirement of Derek LaCroix as Executive Director of the Lawyers Assistance Program of British Columbia. Derek’s leadership has been marked by compassion, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to supporting the well-being of members of the legal community.
Under his guidance, the organization has grown in strength, reach, and impact, helping countless individuals navigate personal and professional challenges with dignity and care. Derek is grateful to the many lawyers who, by reaching out and opening their hearts, are changing the culture of the legal community.
