As individuals we all have choices about how we spend our time. Do you find that you are managing work and personal demands more chaotically? Do you find yourself shutting down? Are you heading for burnout? This experiential workshop will teach you techniques to self- manage in a way that helps you focus and be more effective in the courtroom, boardroom or living room. You will learn how to overcome procrastination and manage the mental exhaustion of competing demands by understanding the subtle internal signals going on beneath the surface of your attention. You will understand that by being guided by your deeper thought process and engaging in mindfulness techniques will help you work smarter.
